Eastern Washington University’s football program, shaken by Paul Wulff’s decision to become the next head coach at Washington State, will have several other vacancies to fill on its coaching staff once Wulff is formally introduced as Bill Doba’s successor during a press conference this afternoon at WSU.

The Spokesman-Review has confirmed through conversations with multiple sources, that Wulff will take five of his Eastern assistants – including offensive coordinator Todd Sturdy and defensive coordinator Jody Sears – with him to Pullman.

Seems that nobody wants to stay in Cheney, get a winning program going and away they go.

It'll be interesting to see who EWU ends up with as HC. EWU definitely has a ton of talent coming back and until Wulff moved on they were probably favorites to win the BSC next year- the right coach and new staff shouldn't hurt them too bad.
