NEW YORK —The Columbia cross country program is ready for the 2023 NCAA Northeast Regionals, which will be held on Friday at historic Van Cortlandt Park. The Lions will serve as regional hosts for the competition for the second consecutive year, which is set to begin at 11 a.m. with the women's 6k. The men's 8k will follow and is scheduled to start at noon.
