Strength of schedule, the GLIAC is GVSU and a bunch of midgets. Northwest plays a tough schedule and overcame GVSU's weak SOS even with a loss. Chadron played Northwest much tougher last week than GVSU did tonight.

Did anyone see the student run out and pick up the punt? For some reason i found that funny. I caught the 4th quarter and NW MO ST looked very good, both quick and big. Should be a good championship game next week. Cal (PA) almost made it. The PSAC teams have really improved the last few years.

PSAC teams were pretty darn good back in the day. When North Alabama won their first national championship (first of three in a row), Indiana (PA) played them and should have won.

They started getting kind of bad rep when their teams got blown out in a couple championship games - but, heck, they made it to the championship game so how bad could they be?

They cross bracket the regions and rotate every year. That is why last night's match up was not the final game. Gonna see some very lopsided finals every other year or so. This one I predict, will be gross. Neither California, Pa nor Valdosta stands a chance against either of those two that played last night. NWMSU, once they plugged up the short pass to the running back scheme last night, simply rolled GVSU.

Valdosta's O-line is a bunch of Pilsbury dough boys, this will get ugly.

I was pulling for NW Missouri anyway because of the frustration they've had with GVS. However, I must admit that it was good to see the team with the physical, traditional offense soundly beat the team with the "flag football" style we see so often nowdays.

Then there's the really big factor: Grand Valley State has the worst looking helmet logo I've ever seen.
