Each night ESPN's computers play out the remainder of the NBA season 5,000 times and come up with odds of who will make the playoffs and how far they will go. They also average out each teams w/l record and the best and worst records each team has.
After last night Boston is projected to go 67-15, that would be 9 games better then anyone else.
The best mark Boston had was 77-5. After last nights destroying of Toronto, Boston sits at 16-2.
Boston also has a 6.2% chance of finishing 72-10 or better which would set a new mark for most wins. Yesterdays odds had that at just 1.03%.
Boston is at 60.1% chance when it comes to winning the NBA title, San Antonio is second at 8.4%
