That's.......actually not bad. I was fully expecting UIW to be like #4 or 5. And Furman to be like #5 or #6.

So how far do teams like USD, Idaho, or Montana fall if they lose to SDSU and Montana State? On AGS probably not very far. Who knows in the committee’s eyes.

Based on past, recent history, all Big Sky Teams rise when they defeat other Big Sky Teams and the Big Sky Teams they defeat also rise even though non Big Sky Teams keep winning. How else would Big Sky Teams get 11 of the 8 Seeds?

Another question is does UIW have any upward mobility given how poor the SLC is this year and the fact that they're only going to be able to get to 8 D1 wins at most with Northwestern St cancelling their upcoming game with UIW (along with the rest of their season)?
