Quite a few 4-3 teams that are undeserving to be ranked or ranked as high as they are... looking at you North Dakota.

They've got the MVFC all jumbled up. SIU 13 spots in front of the YSU team that boatraced them. UND 8 spots in front of the UNI team that boatraced them. NDSU 3 spots in front of the UND team that boatraced them.

UIW still overrated. They took their first lead of the game over winless McNeese State when there was 5 minutes left in the game. Idaho and WCU should be above them, IMO. Albany should be ranked if Nova is #19. Both beat Rhody by similar scores. Nova's other decent win is over Elon, whereas Albany's other good win is a drubbing of Nova. And they looked better in their 2 FBS games. They could bump W&M at a minimum, who is getting some serious mileage out of that preseason ranking. Decent-ish win @ Campbell to start the year and declining since (struggled too much against a terrible Wofford team and bad Chuck South, now on a 3 game losing streak - yes one was FBS but last weekend was a 10pt loss to then-2 and 4 Towson on W&M's homecoming).

Albany is 5-1 against the FCS this season, with their only loss at home during UNH's homecoming. Inexplicable that they're not ranked. Should easily be ranked over William & Mary and Villanova.

Wasn't UIW playing with their third string QB?

yeah which is a little knee jerk, although that game did shock me and I guess with HC losing looks worse? who knows- Just hope the polls do not end up mattering too much come at large time..If Albay somehow slips up against W&M and finished 8-4 and W&M does well rest of way could come down to those.. some would say well head to head W&M beat albany and I get it, but you just ever know bc with the schedule albany has from here on in, if they lose to W&M they may not get a chance to be ranked..

I mentioned this type of thing prior to season or early on- I am NOT saying the committee will defer to a poll but Albany having a bad record last year and no "recent history" they were essentially nowhere. Teams like UNG, Nova even Fordham on the "radar" and obvi W&M ranked high- all based off last year and related..Suppose UNH, W&M, Nova, Albay all finish with 4 losses- that prob means albany lost to W&M but with their scheudle left, almost o shot to even be ranked if that happens. If comes down to 1 out of those 4 it could indeed be not being ranked that hurts and all based off of preseason

Torres, the true freshman? Yes.... He also performed better than the 2nd string QB (11 of 18 for 161 and 3TD in the 2nd half vs. 8 of 14 for just 52 yards and no TD for Stubblefield in the 1st half) and was more the reason they won than the reason they almost lost. Are you implying that if a top 8 team loses their starting QB, it's acceptable to struggle against one of the worst full-scholly teams in the FCS?

I thought I'd wait for the Coaches' Poll so I don't have to repeat myself
