To be a captain of the Penn football isn't just a badge of honor. The job comes with much responsibility, to lead more than 100 players, to direct winter and summer workouts, to make sure everyone achieves "the standard" of playing excellent football, and to even take a step back and listen when others have a problem or a good idea.
