Presbyterian College women's basketball players Bryanna Brady and Tilda Sjökvist were voted onto the preseason All-Big South team. Sixth year center Bryanna Brady made the first-team, and sophomore guard Tilda Sjökvist made the second-team. The Blue Hose were picked tied for second by the league's coaches in the Big South Preseason Poll.
