NASHVILLE—This morning, Tennessee State University libero Celianiz Cabranes was voted the Ohio Valley Conference's Freshman of the Week by the OVC sports information directors. Cabranes, a freshman from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, swept up 44 digs in the two games this past week.
