ELON, N.C. – The Elon University football team needed a spark. After going 0-2 in the first games of the season, the Phoenix had to figure out a way to get going and fast. As the Phoenix prepared to be back at home for the home opener, a sea of fans in packed cars entered the Hunt parking lot for tailgates galore before making their way over to the first Phoenix fan fest of the year.
