Okay, it's me assuming my role as the new pick'em person.

No Thursday games, but there's a Friday night game this week.

Stony Brook at Rhode Island 7 PM (FloFootball)

Saturday September 9
Delaware at Penn State 12 PM (Peacock)
UNH at Central Michigan 1:30 PM (ESPN+)
Campbell at The Citadel 3 PM (no media info available per CAA, but The Citadel's website lists the streaming as ESPN+)
Richmond at Michigan State 3:30 PM (radio only per CAA, but Michigan State's website lists TV/streaming as BTN, otherwise known as Big Ten Network)

My Picks:
Rhody - is Stony Brook really that bad? Rhody wants to regain momentum after the controversial first down ruling that snapped a scalping chance in Atlanta.
Penn State - the Nitts are ranked high enough. Is Delaware's D ready to be challenged?
UNH - this was one of Becton's FCS-homer picks for FCS scalps. But this can be close; can go either way.
Campbell - is Campbell still underperforming? After this game, we can find out.
Sparty - Richmond is full of question marks after that loss to an HBCU.
NDSU - Maine does not have enough offensive firepower?
Hampton - I was surprised that NSU lost to a D-II. But Hampton is one of the perennial bottomfeeders in the FCS; however, this may change this season.
Monmouth - too much O in Monmouth?
Villanova - 'Gate has faded so fast after Biddle retired.
W&M - W&M is very talented and is too much for Wofford to crack.
G-W - can go either way.
NCCU - not sure if I have anything against the Aggies; but NC Central won against a middling D-II.
Albany - the Danes are feeling the pressure after falling short against ex-FCS Marshall. Hawaii lost to first Vandy and now Stanford, both by at least 1 TD.

Stony Brook at Rhode Island- by at least 28

Saturday September 9
Delaware at Penn State -I sense something close for a bit then the over rated Lions pulling away from the over rated Hens like 48-17
UNH at Central Michigan - I thin CM is not very good but still very respectable FBS- I think UNH pulls it out somehow.
Campbell at The Citadel - just because
Richmond at Michigan State- closer than thought after debacle this week but 0-2 for the Spiders
Maine at NDSU just because
Norfolk State at Hampton - lets go CAA!
Monmouth at Towson-- I will pick Monmouth every game FYI but gun to head I would have said we lose to FAU but in all seriousness I think MU will win big. Towson is not bad at all. But this is the start of The Hawks showing what I have talked about.
Colgate at Villanova- no clue what to think about Nova yet but I know they win this game..
Wofford at William and Mary - LOL .. I think right?
Elon at Gardner-Webb -Just a feeling although I want Elon to win b/c their season could implode if they do not. 50/50 game for me so going with the win/win
NC Central at NC A&T - no clue

Sunday September 10
Albany at Hawaii - Hawaii is not as bad as last year but still not good. I can def see albany winning and I REALLY want them to and they really need to b/c if they do not- they will need 7 MORE wins after this to make the playoffs and they have W&M, URI, Nova, UNH, Maine, Stony Brook, Monmouth, Towson and Morgan State- No true layups sans The Seawolves and we thought Morgan State but...??? even if they play well the W&M, UNH, URI and Nova games they will need at LEAST 2 of those. Not to mention Maine is on the road. I think the letdown of being so close against Marshall combined with the travel and time etc could prove costly- Def a greater chance with fast start.

UNH at Central Michigan - UNH had a run where they were beating an FBS club seemingly every year, but haven't done so since 2017. That changes against CMU.
Campbell at The Citadel - Don't know much about The Citadel, but they were picked to finish eight of nine in the SoCon, will take the Camels after a decent showing against WM.
Richmond at Michigan State - Still can't believe they lost to Morgan State.
Maine at NDSU - Hopefully Maine can keep this competitive for a half. Love that this game is scheduled. Need more CAA / Valley games.
Norfolk State at Hampton - Pirates can't lose this game. Just can't.
Monmouth at Towson - Feels like a toss up, so will take the home team.
Colgate at Villanova - Nova beats up on the PL, one again. Won't be close. Colgate is a rudderless program.
Wofford at William and Mary - Nice CAA / SoCon game. Tribe wins easily.
Elon at Gardner-Webb - This is an awesome game! GW played App St really tough for about 40 minutes. Taking the home team.
NC Central at NC A&T - If NC Central is a legitimate top 25 team (I'm not convinced they are), then they have to win this game.

Albany at Hawaii - If played on a neutral field, Albany wins. But that trip from New York to Hawaii is a doozy.

Albany took a bus to Kennedy this morning for a direct flight to Honolulu, so they should adjust to the jet lag by Saturday. Still got the distractions of the island, though
