They've got some FCS/FBS lines for tonight's game here: https://madduxsports.com/college-football-lines.php

Still nothing for the FCS games (even the ones happening tonight).

Somehow, this year, with the prevalence of all the different states that have legalized sports betting and offer it on phones now, FCS betting lines are harder to find than ever before.

Our state betting site always waits until the day of the damn games for FCS before they release odds, which makes it a PITA to bet on east coast games with Saturday noon kickoffs. Gotta go to a bar before 10am, and I'm not a college kid anymore so that early even for me. Their odds are usually pretty similar to the other gambling sites.

Iowa is also day of game.

I believe almost all FCS are day of game. It's super rare I see a game with an FCS team listed ahead of time.

Our site will typically have the Cats and Griz out ahead of the day of the game (Griz are -38.5 and Bobcats are -35.5, currently), but none of the other FCS until tomorrow, usually after 8 am Mountain. That doesn't help me because I like to do 4-10 game parlays to try to earn some real money, and it keeps me vested in many more FCS games during the day. Last year, a $3 bet won me $1,100.

Found this.

Some of these lines are incredible:
Duke by 54 over Lafayette
Monmouth and Towson basically a flip
Tribe +25 on Wofford
Etc

Last year Maddux was posting the spreads early in the week which was super helpful. I didn’t have access to bet them until gameday but I could keep an eye on line movements, do deep dives on teams when I thought a line was fishy, and just generally prepare for what I wanted to bet. If they aren’t going to do that this year then it makes things a lot harder.

Also, the books weren’t even posting some of the lines until 30 minutes before kickoff on Saturday. They usually post them 3 hours before kickoff. Seems like they are trying to limit exposure but I’m hoping they only do this for Week 1.

So apparently I just deleted my last post by accident…

Anyways, late to the original ask, but we started running our own lines over at /r/FCS on Reddit because of exactly this issue of lines not being available until day of (it at all). It’s really nice to be able to have something to point to to serve as a basis for discussion.

Here’s a Reddit link to our /r/FCS Sportsbook. We’re trying to have lines updated for the current week by Tuesdays at the latest: https://old.reddit.com/r/fcs/comments/15rwdeh/presenting_rfcs_sportsbook_the_earliest_fcs/

You can also go straight to the google sheet with the updated lines if you prefer (or if you just want to avoid Reddit): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A0vxgGAjJJdn03yOB5KI2G4AjASHEd8VdoED0Ynqp-I/htmlview#

some decent info folks- thank you! If you are disciplined and follow what is going on and have proper access, this can be very lucrative. The new rule from last year about not being able to bet on college teams in same state has made it annoying for obvious reasons-- I live close enough to NY that it does not matter but it does matter now b/c the lines now are not out until a couple hours b4 kickoff and I am always at the game for the most part.

Not sure about a heart, but with the amount of time he spent Coaching GaSou in StinkBurro, GA, we know he doesn’t have a brain.

Heres a weird six degrees on that: Aaron Angelos, QB, was a transfer to Lafayette from Washington State before the start of 2021 season. He started Pards first game at Air Force until eventually Garrett plugged in Rent Monte and then settled on Aushawn Davis. Our spread was 44, but we only lost by 21, and their final points came with 6 minutes to go as Davis was intercepted at midfield trying to cut it to 7 and they eventually cashed that TO in. Angelos is now at Del State. Starter? True fact, as I was reminded by my FB memories on Sept 4th, game day, by a pic I took of that mornings Colorado Springs Gazette sports page - the main 3 QBs Lafayette had NEVER thrown a pass in a collegiate game (including Angelos) before Air Force contest!!!

BTW I saw Robert Morris lost to Air Force, 42-7 last weekend. Not bad, considering.
