WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — A PR in PR! Representing Team USA at the 2023 U20 Pan American Athletics Championships in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, rising sophomore Catherine Garrsion added yet another accolade to her growing list — running a personal-best 10:28.34 in the 3,000m steeplechase on Sunday, Aug. 6. It was the seventh-fastest time by a W&M athlete in the event.
