LOUIS, Mo. – Nabbing his second all-league honor within a three-day window, incoming sophomore wide receiver Dominic Kibby of the Presbyterian College football program has been selected to the 2023 preseason All-PFL team. Announced on Wednesday afternoon by league officials, Kibby is one of just three at his position to earn the all-conference spotlight, poised for another potentially superb season if his rookie statistics are anything to judge.
