NEW YORK – Eight new faces are set to join the Columbia women's basketball program for the 2023-24 campaign, as announced by eighth-year head coach Megan Griffith on Wednesday. They include first-years Habti Calvo (Madrid, Spain), Liv Cooper (Columbus, Ohio), Fliss Henderson (North Curl Curl, Australia), Emily Montes (Miami, Fla.), Blau Tor (Barcelona, Spain) and Riley Weiss (Hewlett, New York), as well as Bucknell transfer Cecelia Collins (Scranton, Pa.) and Maryland transfer Ava Sciolla (Fairless Hills, Pa.).
