Do you think Penn State will make it to a bowl game?

Most definitely they'll be going to a bowl game. Virtually all bowl spots are locked into agreements with the major conferences to place their teams, based upon conference standings. The Big 10 has 6 or 7 bowl locks. Penn St. finished 4th in the Big 10 (tied w/ Iowa, but they beat Iowa this season). The only uncertainty is what game they'll be going to. The Big 10 4th place team is locked into some "WhoGivesaRatsAss.com Bowl" or something. It's just that there's a possibility, however remote, of Illinois getting an at-large BCS berth. As a result, they don't yet know what game they're going to.

I doubt they'll be comming to Tampa again. I would love to go see a Florida/Illinois Outback Bowl. xlolx

They went 8-4. They will make a bowl game. If you go 7-5, you will make a bowl game, so if you go 8-4, you are guaranteed to make a bowl game.
