EUGENE, OR.- Catherine Garrison's lifetime-best mark of 10:37.16 in the 3,000m Steeplechase highlighted the weekend as four William & Mary track athletes competed at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships. Garrison finished second overall in the race.
