PHILADELPHIA - The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced its All-American Scholars for the 2022-23 academic year, and the list includes four University of Pennsylvania players in recent grads Selina Li and Susan Xiao, rising junior Natalie Cao, and rising sophomore Bridge O'Keefe.
