HENLEY-ON-THAMES, U.K. - The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team split a pair of races on Thursday at the Henley Royal Regatta, the Quakers' Varsity Eight moving on to the quarterfinal while the Second Varsity Eight was eliminated in a tight Round of 16 race.
