PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania heavyweight men's crew will row for a national championship this weekend, as the Quakers make the short trip North to West Windsor, N.J., for the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championships. For the second straight year, the three-day event will run Friday through Sunday on Mercer Lake.
