His agent is saying it could have been a heart attack or Anuerysm.

Kennedy was married with a 1-year old son.

My GOD what a tragedy. Prayers for his family.

There have been a number of MLB pitchers that have died in the past few years, all at a young age.

I know Darryl Kyle from the Cardinals died a few years ago.
As did Josh Hancock, though I had forgotten that that was a result of driving under the influence, so that doesn't really apply.

Kyle had a family history of significant heart disease. Unfortunately he was doomed from the start.

I saw this earlier today and it is definitely bad news. So sad to see anyone die so young.
