PHILADELPHIA – For the second year in a row, the University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team has been named as one of the 22 programs that will compete in the 2023 NCAA Championships. This year's Championships will take place May 26-28 on the Cooper River in nearby Pennsauken, N.J.
