FAIRFAX, Va. - Talk about déjà vu. Just over a week after setting the 400m freshman record at the CAA Championship, Austin Rice followed up by breaking his own mark at the IC4A Championship on Sunday. Running at George Mason University, the Haymarket, Va. native crossed the finish line in 47.98, easily eclipsing his recently-set record of 48.05. And, for good measure, the time is also the fourth fastest by a W&M sprinter.
