HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – Towson softball saw their magical season end with an 8-6 and 5-4 heartbreaking loss in the championship round of the 2023 CAA Softball Championships. Towson rallied back in game one before dropping an 8-6 decision. In the winner take all finale, Towson held the lead twice before a walk-off single in the seventh handed Towson a 5-4 loss.
