WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Totally worth the wait. Running on her home track in the 10,000m, the final event of a jam-packed Friday, Arianna DeBoer captured championship gold for the Tribe, wrapping up Day 1 of the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in dominant fashion. And she wasn't the only Green and Gold standout making the podium, either. Olesya Sitkowski captured second in the pole vault, while Liv Cantby was third in the javelin.
