TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's lacrosse team hosted #9/11 Stony Brook in a battle for first place in the CAA. The Tigers (10-5, 5-1 CAA) fell to the Seawolves (11-3, 6-0 CAA) after Stony Brook scored eight goals in the first quarter.
