NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — The second-fastest 4x400 relay team in William & Mary history is now second-team all-state. Amaya Johnson, Lizzy Gregory, Carly Swierbut, and Emily Ervin were named Indoor Track & Field Second-Team All-State by the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID), the organization announced on Thursday.
