WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Don't blink, or you'll miss him. For the second week in a row, Jackson Cooley set a new 100m PR — and, for good measure, at Friday's Colonial Relays, set a new William & Mary record, too. The Reston, Va. native ran a 10.53 in the event, taking second in a field of 60-plus athletes.
