PHILADELPHIA – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its Division 1 All-ECAC Teams and major award winners in men's basketball, and the University of Pennsylvania is represented by junior guard Jordan Dingle who was named the ECAC Player of the Year as well as first-team All-ECAC.
