Great effort but not enough tonight.

Great effort by the defense. I wasn't all too impressed by UH that much. If we get those two FGs, we're down 21-16 and it's a different ballgame. Glad the Sam turnout was great. Put UH to shame because we had 2/3rds what they had it seemed, if not a tad less.

We've got to limit the penalties and work on special teams. Offense, well I think it's growing pains. We'll be good by SLC play...

Allen could not find a rhythem throwing the ball tonight. He should have been taken out for a while and let Daugherty try to get something going.
