HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. — With scores sailing sky high again at Moss Creek Golf Club, the Richmond Spiders Women's Golf team managed to make enough pars to move up to seventh place on the team leaderboard on the final day of the Low Country Intercollegiate Sunday. 24 hours after soggy fairways forced the cancelation (and subsequent rollback) of Round 2 after just five holes, Richmond shot a team score of 308 (+20) Sunday, a 20-stroke improvement from their effort in Friday's opening round. Only two teams in the field of 19 fared better than the Spiders in Round 2 as Richmond moved up five spots on the leaderboard and into a tie for seventh in the final standings at 636 (+60).
