DeLand, Fla. - The Stetson lacrosse team fell short 16-13 to UMass Lowell at home on Sunday, March 5 at the Athletic Training Center. By the end of the first quarter, the Hatters were down 3-0 and needed to put in some work. With 12:37 left in the second quarter, Kaitlin Pani scored for the Hats, narrowing the score to 4-1 River Hawks. With 8:45 remaining, Grace Henslee scored with an assist from Samantha Paglino. With a minute and a half remaining in the quarter, the Stetson offense began to put in work. Camden Frissora had a free position shot and was able to put the ball behind River Hawk netminder Hannah Shaddock.
