Very interesting and spot on. Only problem is this OR separating Athletics Departments from Universities (other than ‘affinity’ relationships) AKA The FUBeAR Plan, shoulda had been done did about 30 years ago. Author talks about a book that discusses the reasons why societies collapse and implies College Athletics may be seeing such issues. FUBeAR thinks so.

FUBeAR is aware that many will disagree, but he believes NIL has blood on its acronym associated with the recent deaths of a UGa OLman and a Recruiting Staffer for the Bulldogs. Feel free to continue to disagree as we see more & more young people harmed. There will always be other factors involved, that seem more culpable, as in the UGa case, but the OLD Ball Coach Paul’s axiom about the love of money being the root of evil didn’t come from nothing.

If FUBeAR had the money these young people have when he was their age, he is 100% certain he would not have made it out alive.
