Moon Township, Pa. – The RMU men's basketball team will host IUPUI in the first round of the 2023 Barbasol Horizon Tournament Tuesday, Feb. 28, in a 7:00 p.m. tip at the UPMC Events Center. RMU enters the tournament as the No. 6 seed.
