I saw Curry play this year. They're big on the O-Line, much bigger than the average D-III D-line. I'll pick them and Mt. Union facing off against each other.

I think it goes without saying that Mt. Union will win another one. xcoffeex

Why in the Whitewater bracket is a #8 seed playing a #2 and a #7 playing a #1?

Arrrghhhhh! My alma mater, Alfred, started the season on a tear, going 7-0 and putting no less then 34 points on the board in each of those wins. They then proceeded to drop their last 3 against Hobart, Ithaca and St. John Fisher. At least those are "good" losses in the sense that all 3 of those teams made the playoffs.

UMES no longer participates in football. The original request was for football playing schools on the Peninsula.

UMES doesn't play football anymore. Does Widener College play football or did they drop it?

Widener won the D-III Middle Atlantic Conference with a record of 7-0, 8-2 overall

It's Widener UNIVERSITY. You'll definitely get corrected if you run into a grad! xthumbsupx

Incidentally, it's in Chester, PA, not on the Delmarva Pennisula. I believe they have a campus of some sort in Delaware though.

OK that makes sense if its in Chester. I was on business in the Wilmington area several years ago and drove past the Widener campus gates, I assumed that the main campus.

Technically, I don't think UD is on the peninsula. The Chesapeake doesn't come up that far north.

Go Wesley!

I like how Snow Hill is bolded as the biggest city compared to Washington and Philadelphia, while Baltimore, Wilmington and Harrisburg are even labeled.

That's the law school. On Route 202 (Concord Pike), about 10 minutes north of Wilmington.

Regarding the topic, there sure are alot of teams that make the D-III playoffs.
