The flowers aren't blooming, there is still snow on the ground, but the sun is shining and the men's and women's lacrosse teams have kicked off the 2023 spring with opening day victories. Freshman Samantha Bennett had a hat-trick in her first collegiate game in a win over UNH. Colin McGill had six points, leading the men's squad to a one goal victory over Merrimack.
