GRAND FORKS, N.D.- On February 1st, 2023, the University of North Dakota Student- Athletes for Inclusion & Diversity (SAID) and UND Women's Athletic Leadership Council (WALC) brought Alumnus and former UND women's basketball player and assistant coach, Darcy Cascaes (Deutsch, '93/'99), to speak on women's empowerment and the power of sport to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day along with the 50th anniversary of Title IX
