Well I think ESPN is located in Conn. and do they own SI? On Monday I watched the last 15 of one program and the first 15 of another program. Nothing but NE this and NE that. Kind of getting sick of it. I guess this is how everybody around here feels about the Griz.

My bad, I will try to keep things about football and not about Montana.

SI is owned by whoever owns CNN? I believe it used to be Turner but was sold a couple years ago. I make this assumption by CNNsi.com

Time Warner is the owner of SI

I'm always excited on Thursdays when instead of just junk mail, I get an SI in my mailbox. But these last few weeks, I come back angry every time. This is the third time in nine weeks that the Patriots have been on the cover of SI. The Red Sox were on another cover sometime during that span also. What about a college football cover for once!

UNH, the Red Sox World Champions one doesn't count since that's not an actual issue of the magizine. The one that says "Twice is [two times too many]" was an actual issue.

Does anyone actually read these magazines anymore?? With the internet now, it's so annoying reading last weeks news in magazines. Although it is funny to read how often they are incorrect with their pre-game analyses and predictions. xnodx

SI is not what it used to be. I used to read it all the time and subscribed. I haven't read one now in years, and I have several thousand in my garage.

for like the College preview they have regional covers, but for the most part. 1 cover for the whole country.

If you go to CNNSI at the bottom theres a link for the cover archive and you can view every cover ever, by date, sport or team

I was just reading this weeks issue. Inside the magazine they mention the recent cover trend and refer to themselves as 'Boston Illustrated'.
