Sophomore Matthew Fallon picked up where he left off at the tail end of 2022 with three first-place finishes Saturday afternoon at Kiphuth Exhibition Pool, guiding the University of Pennsylvania men's swimming and diving team to a 183-116 victory over Dartmouth.
