You know, a few years back when both Peterson and Reggie Bush were in college and people were making a big deal out of Reggie Bush I used to say on message boards and sports talk radio that if I were drafting one of the two I'd take Peterson. Makes me feel vindicated.

The guy I was up against in my fantasy league had him. If he didn't I win by 30 points. However, I now will lose by 20. :(

As a Vikings fan, that was one fun game to watch, even with the 109-yard field goal return by the Chargers.

The game was almost a blackout. The local TV station had to buy up the remaining tickets so the game could be televised. It was a good investment, now many Vikings fans are fired up again. Peterson is on pace to break the rookie single season record and come close to Dickerson's season record.

I was at the game with my Chargers jersey on and tailgating before hand.

Not too many highlights in it for me. Cromartie's 109 yard return was sweet to go ahead at the half.

After that it was all downhill though...


Good thing is, the Vikes are my #2 team, too bad they had to beat the crap out of my #1.
