Taylor, Rattlers find homecoming redemption

It was time for seniors to step up and freshmen to grow, but more importantly for head football coach Rubin Carter, it was time for the Florida A&M Rattlers to win.

The Rattlers snapped a four-game losing streak in front of a homecoming crowd of 23,984 fans and pulled out a 24-21 victory against the winless North Carolina A&T Aggies at Bragg Memorial Stadium on Saturday evening...

Our coaching has sucked thus far this season...It's time for a new Defensive and Offensive Coordinator...they have both been ineffective. We've lost a BUNCH of close games in which a couple coaching decisions have come back to bite us.

This was supposed to be a year in which the Ratters returned to the top, but hey it didn't work out that way...

But yesterday was Homecoming and we got the "W"

Oh yeah, Wesley Taylor hasn't been accurate this year.

Thousands come home to show Rattler pride

Outside of Bragg Stadium Saturday, 5-year-old Shadrick Jefferson II showed off some of the moves he learned from watching his idols, the Florida A&M University Marching 100.

"We're just family fans," said his mother, Nikki McGlockton, 38, a FAMU alumna, as her son, wearing his own Marching 100 outfit, posed for pictures. "We're die-hard. We're here for all of the home games and most of the away games."
