The 8-0 Patriots and the 7-0 Colts. The game of the year.
The ESPN experts (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/features/talent)split between the two teams.
The guys at Sunday Countdown (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/notebook?page=sundaycountdown07)also split between the Pats and Colts.

The Fox Sports (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/7391598)experts give the Pats the edge.
Yahoo picks (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/pickem;_ylt=Apes6lbde7qyC9hfHiyyiJZDubYF)the Pats across the board and 65% of Yahooers picked the Patriots.

Looks like we can count on the Pats missing tackles and having Joseph Addai go the distance at the end of the half:D
The Pats have no idea what's going on, they don't know what it's like to be losing at half.

Agreed.
But back to the Pats. The game was what it was supposed to be, and I can only hope the inevitable rematch is just as good, with a slightly different outcome. The NFC is lame, but the NFL is parity and don't be surprised if either one of these "super" teams loses...

Maybe the Colts should petition the NFL to give the #1 seed in the conferences to the two best teams :p
MLS now locks in the top two in each conference then the next 4 best teams regardless of the conference. As a result the team with the best record Chivas USA who was #1 in the west lost in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs to the 5th best team in the east Kansas City xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx

I have no problem with complaining about some calls but they way you are complaining, it seems like every single play was horrible and the Pats lost by a ton. Be happy the Pats won. Everyone including the NFL is not against the Pats. There were some bad calls but there have been times in previous years where NE has benefitted from these calls. Can't you just chalk those up to the power of New England football? xrotatehx

Im always misusing there, their and they're xcoolx
Not right after, the Pats have their bye next week. And IF Miami beats the bills next week, on the 18th when the Pats and Bills play they Patriots would clinch the AFC East with the win.
Fixed for your continued misuse of there, their and they're. :D
Also, come on. Saying the Dolphins may beat the Bills at this point is like saying that Belichick and Mangini will give each other a hug at midfield after the next game they have against each other. In reality, Bills may be a playoff team when this season is all done.

Suggesting the bills are a playoff team is more of a stretch then suggesting the Dolphins could beat them.
Anyway, im not saying the Dolphins will win, just pointing out if they do, the Pats could clinch the east by winning their next game.

Right now, the Bills are 4-4. Look at their remaining schedule:
at Mia
NE
at Jax
at Was
Mia
at Cle
NYG
at Phi
We'll assume they will lose to NE and beat Mia twice. They could go 4-1 against the remaining competition which would put them at 10-6 and a playoff possibility.(Could just as easily go 2-3). Not really sure that they will be (or should be) a playoff team but I am saying that they could sneak in to the playoffs as they have been playing pretty the last 5 weeks.

I look at that schedule and see Miami as the only winnable games. Jacksonville, Cleveland and the Giants along with the Patriots will handle them easily. Miami has atleast some chance to pull off one of the games and Philadelphia isnt a walk in the park. The Bills could go 1-7.

We'll see. I think you are underrating a very overachieving Bills team. I think you are also overrating the Browns because I think those 2 teams are very similar as both have beaten Balt and Cinci. I think that will be an excellent matchup. The Giants have finshed the last few seasons horribly and wouldn't discount that for this year as well.
Besides NE, Jax will be the toughest game. Philly I see as the last game of the season which will already mean nothing for the Eagles (except maybe Kolb?) but at least a .500 possibility for the Bills. As for the Skins, which Skins team shows up?
I think Bills finish at 9-7. With wins versus Mia twice, Browns, Eagles and Skins. Losses to NE, NYG, and Jax. Successful season but the first team with Cle both at 9-7 out of the playoffs and Jax and Ten grabbing the Wild Card Spots. We will find out after the season which of us is right and which is wrong.

You just said it yourself, the Bills are overachieving. Can't expect that to last long. Also I have more confidence in the Browns QB then the Bills.

I think they are overachieving but I also meant to put that by the Browns as well. All these are predictions for fun anyways so we'll figure out the Browns part in a little over the month and the rest the weeks before and after. Agreed that Anderson has been impressive this year.

Man is the NY Post bitter xlolx xlolx xlolx
Hatriots xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx
Its also rather funny that they use the entire back page to hate on the Patriots instead of hating on that pathetic Jets team they have.
