RICHMOND, VA. - For the second straight month, the Tribe's Sophia Heilen has been named the CAA Rookie Swimmer of the Month as announced by the league Tuesday afternoon. The award comes on the heels of Heilen's record-setting performance at the Toyota U.S. Open last weekend.
