THIS WEEK: For the 13th straight season, North Dakota State has advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division I Football Championship, where the No. 3-seeded Bison (10-2) will host No. 6 seed Southern Conference champion Samford (11-1) at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at Gate City Bank Field at the Fargodome (18,700).
