CHICAGO – HCU sophomore linebacker Rodney Dansby has been selected as a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award, which is presented annually by Stats Perform to honor the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) defensive player of the year. Houston Christian University (HCU), formerly Houston Baptist University (HBU), underwent a name change in September 2022.
