The University at Albany football team fell on the road to Rhode Island Saturday afternoon to close out the 2022 season. Turnovers plagued the Great Danes throughout the afternoon, giving opportunities to a URI offense led by running back Marques DeShields. With the loss, UAlbany finishes the 2022 campaign with an overall record of 3-8, having gone 2-6 in conference play.
