RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond men's basketball announced the members of its 2023 signing class Wednesday, the first day prospective student-athletes enrolling in college in 2023 were eligible to sign a National Letter of Intent. Trevor Smith from Newport News, Va. and Collin Tanner from Creedmor, N.C. signed NLIs with the program and will attend the University of Richmond next school year.
