EAST GREENSBORO – Phillp Shumpert's journey to becoming the North Carolina A&T men's basketball interim head coach took 15 years and many sacrifices. However, the path he took will have him walking into the 2022-23 A&T men's basketball season with 11 players who were on the roster last season, two Division I transfers, two junior college transfers and two true freshmen.
