The cross country Summit League Championships is arguably the most competitive Summit League event of the year in its respective sport. The Top-10 student-athletes from each team line up together and compete in a head to head brawl to the finish line. Western Illinois came away from the Championship placing sixth on the men's side and ninth on the women's side. Their results are highlighted with two school records, two Top-10 freshmen finishes, and nine personal-best performances.
