BOSTON – The University of Pennsylvania rowing programs completed racing at the Head of the Charles, which took place this weekend on the Charles River. The racing was highlighted by the women's 'A' boat in the Championship Eights and the lightweight's 'A' boat in the Lightweight Fours, both of which finished tops among American colleges in their respective fields.
